Accessibility Statement
Israeli Standard SI 5568 Level AA · Practical testing against WCAG 2.1 AA
AU legal framework note
AllArounder is an Israeli-founded business with an international website and an English section for Australian and English-speaking visitors.
This statement is written with two legal contexts in mind:
- Australia: We aim to follow the principles of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) (DDA), Australian Human Rights Commission guidance on equal access to digital goods and services, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Australian government practice has historically used WCAG 2.0 AA as a baseline through the Web Accessibility National Transition Strategy. Many current Australian public-sector services now use WCAG 2.1 AA, and the Australian Human Rights Commission recommends using the latest WCAG version where practical.
- Israel: As our home jurisdiction, we also consider the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, the Israeli accessibility regulations for internet services, and Israeli Standard SI 5568.
The current AHRC-recommended benchmark is WCAG 2.2 AA. Our active engineering target for this website is WCAG 2.1 AA, alongside Israeli Standard SI 5568, with WCAG 2.2 AA scheduled for review in the next accessibility cycle. This statement is not a legal determination about whether any specific exemption or reduced obligation applies to AllArounder.
Our commitment to accessibility
At AllArounder, we want everyone who visits our website to be able to read, understand, navigate, contact us, and receive service in a way that is as comfortable as possible.
We work to make the website accessible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, including the rules that apply to internet services, where those rules apply to us.
We also consider the Australian accessibility framework, including the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth), Australian Human Rights Commission guidance on digital accessibility, WCAG guidance, and the Australian adoption of EN 301 549 for ICT accessibility in procurement contexts.
The website is built and maintained according to Israeli Standard SI 5568, "Guidelines for the Accessibility of Web Content", at Level AA. Israeli Standard SI 5568 is based on WCAG 2.0. In practice, we also test the website against WCAG 2.1 AA as a more current working target for a responsive website used across desktop and mobile devices.
Scope of this statement
This statement applies to the website allarounder.io, including:
- the home page
- services, about, contact, and audit pages
- Hebrew and English blog pages
- contact and audit forms
- the English pages under
/en/ - legal pages, including privacy, terms of use, and this accessibility statement
Private or password-protected pages, such as /proposals/ or /portal/, are not part of the standard public website. Even so, we aim to maintain them according to the same accessibility principles. If you have difficulty accessing service through one of those pages, you can contact us and we will offer an alternative way to receive the service.
Website structure and language
The website includes pages in Hebrew and English.
- Hebrew pages use
lang="he"anddir="rtl" - English pages use
lang="en"anddir="ltr" - Page structure includes navigation areas, main content, and a footer
- Each page has one main heading and an organised heading structure
- A skip link to the main content is available near the start of pages
The Hebrew section uses right-to-left layout. The English section uses left-to-right layout. This matters for screen readers, keyboard navigation, punctuation, forms, and mixed-language content such as email addresses, phone numbers, and English words inside Hebrew text.
Accessibility adjustments made on the website
Based on checks completed up to the date of this statement, the following accessibility work has been carried out:
| Area | Adjustment made |
|---|---|
| Keyboard navigation | The website can be navigated using a keyboard, including Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and Space |
| Skip to content | A "Skip to main content" link is available at the start of pages |
| Semantic structure | Standard HTML elements are used, including <header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>, <section>, and <article> |
| Headings | A clear heading hierarchy is maintained where possible |
| Alternative text | Images that convey information include alternative text. Decorative images are treated as decorative |
| Forms | Main form fields include labels or accessible names |
| Colour contrast | Most text and background colours meet the required contrast ratios. Known exceptions are listed below |
| Visible focus | Interactive elements include a visible focus indication |
| Responsive display | The website is designed for different screen sizes, including mobile |
| Motion and animation | The website respects prefers-reduced-motion where relevant |
| Screen readers | The website structure is intended to support common screen readers, including NVDA, VoiceOver, and TalkBack |
Known limitations
We continue to test and improve accessibility on the website. As of May 2026, these are the known limitations:
- Onboarding forms: Some fields in parts of the onboarding forms still need stronger connections between the visible label and the form field. This has been marked for correction.
- Colour contrast in some small text elements: Some small text elements on blog pages and internal pages use secondary colours that may not meet the required contrast ratio. These elements have been marked for correction.
- Third-party content: Some forms or components may rely on third-party services, such as HubSpot or Web3Forms. If one of these creates a barrier, you can contact us directly by email or WhatsApp.
- External accessibility widget: The website does not currently include an external display-customisation accessibility widget. A widget is not a substitute for built-in accessibility, so our focus is on code, structure, forms, contrast, and reliable navigation.
- PDF files: As of this statement date, the website does not provide downloadable PDF files. If we add PDF files in the future, we will work to make them accessible or provide an accessible alternative.
- Video and audio: As of this statement date, the website does not include embedded video content. If we add videos in the future, we will work to provide captions or a text alternative where needed.
If you find an accessibility issue that is not listed here, please tell us so we can check and address it.
Physical services and public reception
AllArounder currently provides its services mainly online and remotely. We do not currently have a fixed public office for visitor reception.
Meetings usually take place through Zoom, WhatsApp, email, or by prior arrangement. If you need an accessibility adjustment for a meeting or for receiving service, you can contact us in advance and we will try to find a suitable option.
If we open a fixed public reception location in the future, we will update this statement and publish the accessibility arrangements for that location.
Contact about accessibility
If you have difficulty using the website, if an accessibility adjustment is missing, or if you need another way to receive service from us, you can contact us.
Accessibility contact:
Name: Noam Eyal
Email: hi@allarounder.io
WhatsApp: +972-54-260-9969
Phone: via the WhatsApp link above. A callback can be requested.
To help us respond properly, please include:
- a short description of the issue
- the page address where the issue happened
- the browser and device you used
- the assistive technology you used, if any
- your contact details for a reply
We aim to respond within 5 business days. If the issue prevents you from receiving a service, we will try to provide a direct alternative as soon as practical, for example by email, WhatsApp, or Zoom.
Accessibility coordinator
Under Israeli law, the duty to appoint an official accessibility coordinator applies in certain cases, including where a service provider employs at least 25 employees.
As of the date of this statement, AllArounder is not required to appoint an official accessibility coordinator under that threshold. For that reason, the contact details above are for an accessibility contact person, not an official accessibility coordinator.
If this changes, we will appoint an accessibility coordinator and update their details in this statement.
In Australia, this section should not be read as an Australian legal requirement. It is included for transparency because AllArounder's home jurisdiction is Israel.
Third-party services and accessible alternatives
Some actions on the website may use third-party services. Even where we do not fully control the accessibility of an external service, we provide an alternative way to receive the service.
| Service or component | Accessible alternative |
|---|---|
| HubSpot forms | Direct contact by email or WhatsApp |
| Web3Forms | Direct contact by email or WhatsApp |
| Google Maps, if embedded in the future | Written address and text directions |
| YouTube or embedded video, if added in the future | Captions or transcript, depending on need and availability |
Testing and ongoing improvement
Accessibility is part of website maintenance, not a one-off task. We work in the following way:
- manual checks for keyboard navigation and page structure
- automated checks using tools such as Lighthouse and axe
- colour contrast checks for text and buttons
- fixes based on internal testing and user feedback
- updates to this statement after meaningful website or accessibility changes

This statement does not determine whether any specific exemption, reduced obligation, turnover threshold, business classification, or legal duty applies to AllArounder. Any such question should be reviewed separately with a suitable professional if needed.
For Australian visitors, we do not rely on a small-business revenue exemption under the DDA. The DDA does not work like the Australian Privacy Act small-business threshold. The relevant accessibility concepts are equal access, reasonable adjustment, and unjustifiable hardship, assessed in context.
